Simon, from China, graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (Cuisine) from Le Cordon Bleu. 贬别鈥檚 now the Owner and Head Chef of OD脡 Bistro in North Adelaide, a restaurant known for its storytelling through food and award-winning cuisine.
